COVID-19 Policy

Information for Those Who Purchased Tickets

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Black Hawks were unable to play the final eight games of the 2019/20 regular season home schedule.

Season Ticket Holders

Any 2019/20 season ticket holders will be credited the amount equivalent to the cancelled games. This credit will be applied toward 2020/21 season ticket packages. For fans who do not plan on renewing their season ticket packages, the Black Hawks will create a credit certificate that can be used on merchandise from Party Town Outfitters, smaller ticket packages/single game tickets, and alcohol in our Coors Light Cold Zone.  The Black Hawks are unable to offer this credit in any other form than the methods outlined above.

In addition, each renewed season ticket will yield two bonus buddy tickets which may be redeemed for a Black Hawks home game (excluding Thanksgiving) played before December 30, 2020.

Seven Game Voucher Packs

Unredeemed vouchers may be redeemed for 2020/21 home games played before December 30, 2020 (INCLUDING Thanksgiving).

Group Tickets 

Any group which has paid for a group experience, luxury suite, the Budweiser Hospitality Area, or Smitty’s on the Glass will be contacted directly by a Black Hawks representative to arrange a 2020/21 ticket package alternative.

Single Game Tickets 

Single game ticket buyers will receive a 3x1 “Roll It Forward” credit in the form of 2020/21 ticket vouchers.  Under this plan, each ticket purchased will yield three vouchers for the ticket bearer which may be redeemed for any 2020/21 home game (excluding Thanksgiving) played before December 30, 2020.  Please hold your tickets at this time (any tickets which were being held at will call for pickup have been accounted for by the box office); a future date when game tickets may be exchanged for 2020/21 vouchers will be announced in the weeks ahead.
