Worcester Railers (ECHL) • Forward

Since Thanksgiving, Samuels-Thomas has been on a five-game point streak.  Three of those five games were played in the seven days starting last Wednesday, with the 29-year-old recording three goals and three assists.  During a 2-0 win against the Brampton Beast on December 4th, Samuels-Thomas assisted on both goals.  For the 2019/20 campaign, he has 21 points in 21 games to lead Worcester in scoring; Samuels-Thomas ranks 25th in point production among ECHL forwards.

#2 – David Cotton
Boston College Eagles (NCAA) • Forward

During a home-and-home series against Notre Dame last week, Cotton assisted on two game-winning goals to help Boston College earn a sweep.  Last Friday, he had a goal and an assist during a 4-0 result, then Saturday, Cotton notched a goal and two assists during a 6-1 victory.  He is now up to 110 points in his college career over 131 appearances.  He currently leads the Eagles in points (22), goals (tied, 8), and is second in assists (14).  The Eagles are 11-4.

#1 – Tyler Sheehy
Allen Americans (ECHL) • Forward

In four games, Sheehy exploded four eight points (two goals, six assists).  That helped Allen earn seven of eight possible points, including five of six on the road.  Sheehy assisted on the winning goals for the Americans on Sunday and Tuesday.  He is now tied as Allen’s leading scorer with 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists) this season.  Sheehy has done almost all of his scoring at even strength, with just three power play assists.  The Americans currently lead the ECHL’s overall standings with 37 points from a 17-4-3 record.
