January 19th Country Night at Young Arena

Texas two-step your way down to Young Arena to cheer on the Waterloo Black Hawks on Saturday, January 19th during a game against the Dubuque Fighting Saints at 7:05 p.m..

It’s Country Night, presented by K98.5 FM, the Cedar Valley’s #1 station for new country.

The band Catfish Murphy will be performing live in The Cold Zone on Saturday night until 6:45 PM.

Catfish Murphy brings the best of Outlaw Country, Southern Rock, Americana, and Texas/Oklahoma Red Dirt Music to Eastern Iowa. The group has more than four years of experience touring taverns, clubs, cheap motels, and honkytonks all over the state. Their favorites include the likes of Sturgill Simpson, the Turnpike Troubadours, Chris Stapleton, Drive By Truckers, Reckless Kelly, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and David Allen Coe. Catfish Murphy also covers several classic rock legends including Tom Petty, the Rolling Stones, Bob Seger, and John Mellencamp.
